Teleskills & Job Placement for all students that have completed the ICDL Basic computer courses offered by the LCOF and other skills development institutions.

It is the mission of The Grand Centillion (Pty) Ltd, to provide its clients with top-quality call center services, as the demand is mounting with every new diagnosis of a lurking covid-19 case.

A service that provides our clients with the greatest chance of communicating with their end customers. We do B2B and B2C services including Covid-19 response support and emergency alerts via functionalities of both inbound and outbound call centers respectively.
We have a dedicated and well-trained cadre of customer support specialists who are able to consistently provide excellent services delivered in a timely and cost-effective manner.

FYI: it's an upgrade of the ICDL Basic computer course that the Outreach Foundation offer and other institutions, R500 reg fee (once off), 1st Month: Book Training Art of Selling module called Eragon 101, 2nd Month: is Telesales, selling over softphone & VOIP- and 3rd Month: is Placement, productivity is compulsory and consistency is key at this phase of your application.

NB: Regardless of the study year of the course, the application requires only a Certificate of completion and progress report, please see our website for the app form and kindly forward all applications to tgci2019@outlook.com, classes commence together with schools calendar Schools open Wednesday 12 January 2022. Teachers start on Monday 10 January.
